About Us
AVM Conciergerie is a Paris-based property management company founded in 2024. We specialize in short-term, medium-term, and long-term rental management and oversee a portfolio of approximately 30 apartments in central Paris.
The company is managed by its founding partners, Alexandra and Pierre, a married couple with extensive experience living and working in Paris and strong knowledge of the local rental market.

We apply to our clients what we practice ourselves: we have rented our own primary domicile in PARIS for the past 15 years (le Marais square du temple) and our secondary domicile BURGUNDY (natural parc of MORVAN).

Review rent
- Renew/review leases at current prices, charges, and conditions
- Take necessary precautions
- Perform required repairs
- Conduct mandatory diagnostics (e.g., DIAG A DOM)
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating)
- Terminate leases/amendments as needed
- Handle lease terminations and acceptance
